Speaking Truth to Power

Just the other day I spoke truth to Power. Power didn't respond. I thought about that and realized that it's not because Power is scared of the truth. No, Power is indifferent to it, just as it cares not about falsehood either. That's why it's Power. Well, institutional power, political power. There are realms where truth does reign. Art. Personal relationships. And so on. But that's another story.
